Defoamer CZZP-01 is a composite defoaming agent developed with multiple defoaming active substances tailored to the characteristics of the pulping process. It is suitable for foam control in the pulping section of the paper industry.

(1) Excellent emulsion stability, low usage, and minimal adhesion to equipment and mesh cloth.

(2) Improves equipment operational efficiency and product cleanliness.

(3) Low dosage, rapid defoaming under high-temperature and strong alkaline conditions, with longer foam suppression time compared to ordinary silicone defoamers.

(4) Suitable for use in harsh conditions such as high temperature and high alkalinity in chemical cleaning and chemical reactions.

(5) Non-toxic, odorless, and conducive to production safety.

4.Usage Method of Pulping Defoamer

Select the foaming point, dilute online with clean cold water by 1 to 5 times, and spray application yields better results. The general dosage is around 0.05% to 0.2% per ton of pulp.

5.Packaging and Storage of Pulping Defoamer

(1) Packaged in plastic drums (25kg, 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg).

(2) Non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-explosive; store in a cool, sheltered place, and keep sealed.

(3) Shelf life of 6 months, with no significant stratification.
